I strive to build teams of kind and talented humans that think like builders and founders. On my teams, I create psychological safety, believe in people's potential and making work human. I sprinkle in some dad jokes here and there because why not?
I was born and raised in Italy and I occasionally go back to savor good food, indulge in shaken espressos and spend time with those that matter the most to me.
